Window - Using wallpaper
Right-click on the picture when it has been opened in Internet Explorer.

Click Select "Set as Wallpaper"


Any picture can be used as wallpaper. If it is too small on its own then you can try tiling it. Once again, right click on the desktop, at the bottom of the background screen:



You get a drop down menu with the options "center, tile or stretch".

To make your own wallpaper:
You will need to know what size desktop you have.



Go to your desktop and right click. Pick properties and you should get a window like this one appear. Look at the screen area. This is set to 800x600. Therefore I will need wallpaper 800x600.

Next you'll need an image editing program. There are many different programs you can use. I use Paint Shop Pro.
